Low modulus of elasticity, large deformation when elongation, and the deformation is recoverable, meanwhile it is able to maintain elasticity under large range of temperature -50℃-150℃.
2.Viscoelastic
When deformation and recovering from deformation, with the effection of temperature and time, the rubber material will appear the phenomenon of stress relax and creep, and occur hysteresis loss under the action of shaking or alternating stress.
3.Electric Insulation
Same as plastic material, rubber material is also an electric insulated material.
4.Ageing phenomenon
Like metal will be corroded, with the environmental change, the rubber material will occur ageing, performance deteriorate, and life time decline.
5.Rubber product producing process must have curing, except TPE(thermoplastic elastomer).
6.Must adding compounding ingredients.
Besides above features, rubber material also has good property of small proportion, low hardness, good flexibility, air tightness, etc.
