1.Entire part un-cure
Judging method: After vulcanizing, the silicone products entirely become soften and sticky. Using fingernail to pinch it, the surface will appear hard restoring fingernail imprints. Using hand to pull the rubber parts, its resilience and elongation is usually better than full vulcanization silicone products.Noted: Low curing temperature or too short vulcanization time will lead to this kind of problem.
2.Interior part un-cure
Judging method: It normally occur on solid rubber products with larger surface. During vulcanization, any temperature change, air exhaust and material blowdown will lead to the time of cycling shorter than normal vulcanizing time. Though its surface seems qualified, its interior actually haven’t been fully vulcanized.
Noted: The vulcanizing lead time must be in full to ensure good quality. If enforcing the second-time vulcanization but ignoring the full vulcanizing time, the silicone rubber products will plump up, or even blast.
3.Part un-cure
Judging method: After vulcanization, the most part of the appearance and function meet the quality standard, but some small parts appear totally uncured, they normally happen on the surface of silicone rubber products.
